Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
Allow 2 weeks for check processing. We accept credit cards, PayPal, checks, and cash. If paying by credit card or Paypal you can pay directly from our website (also where you can find more pictures): see link below.

A cleaning deposit of $150 is required when you arrive. If cottage is clean upon departure, the deposit will be returned to you.

Rental period - (1:00pm check-in / 10:00am check-out)

Additional 6% Michigan state tax

Cancellation Policy -- If you give at least 30 days notice, 1/2 of down payment to hold reservation is returnable. Less than 30 days notice to cancel, no refund on down payment is returnable.

Pet rent- $100 for dog to stay in cottage plus extra $100 pet deposit (refundable if no evidence that dog was present)

Vacation Rental Rates
June 1 to September 2 (Peak season)
$700 weekly
1/2 of cost down payment to reserve your week - balance due on arrival
or
$115 nightly (2 night minimum) 1/2 total cost down payment to reserve your week
10% discount to all return guests for a full week's stay

Winter season
$500 weekly 1/2 total cost down payment to reserve your week - balance due on arrival
$90 nightly (2 night minimum) 1/2 total cost down payment to reserve your week
